Dear reader.
From personal experience I would Go online and compare my fish to fish online. Comparing the two prices. Ebay, Aquariumfish. net, are great Websites to figure out how much your fish will cost or how much its worth. What I did was I looked at size and color, as well as health and body markings!

Look at what other fish like yours are selling for, on Ebay etc.
Look at the ones that actually sell, not the dreamers that have had their fish listed for $1000 for the last 6 months.
End of the day, a fish is only worth what someone else is willing to pay.
